Michael works as Product Manager at Bermingham Foundation Solutions, in Hamilton, Ontario.  He holds both a Bachelor's and a Master's in Civil Engineering from McMaster University, and has recently completed his MBA.  Michael has been in the pile-driving business since 1988 and has been a registered Professional Engineer in the Province of Ontario since 1996. Since joining Bermingham in 1995, Michael has been involved in several notable projects including:  Bermingham's patented Statnamic pile load testing method, research and development of the 'next-generation' diesel pile driving hammers, and the investigation and feasibility of energy piles.  Michael resides in Dundas, Ontario with his wife Nancy and his two children.

Mike is an equal partner and owner of Pile Equipment Company, which he started in 1987.  Pile Equipment Co is a manufacturing/distributor, leasing and rental equipment company located in Green Cove Springs, FL.  Mike received his B.S. in Education from S.E. Missouri State.  He joined the Board in 2005 as a Director.  Committees:  Chair, Market Development Committee 2007-2010, Education Committee 2006 to present.  His has been married for 38 years, has 2 children, 5 grandchildren.

Crandall began his career in the pile driving industry when he joined Balfour Beatty in 1993, serving as the marine/piling  engineer at the Olmsted Lock and Dam, Phase 1, on the Ohio River.  Since then he has served in a variety of positions, (engineering, supervision and project management), and was recently named VP, Regional Manager for BB Infrastructure Inc..  He is responsible for overseeing the strategic and operational growth of the business on the West Coast, in the three infrastructure markets highways/structures, water and wastewater and rail civils, all of which include driven pile. Crandall is also the VP of PDCA the Pacific Coast Chapter.

Irv Ragsdale is Vice President of Clark Foundations and is involved with proposals and the acquisition of new work for Clark Foundations.

Irv joined Clark Concrete in 1979 to do formwork design. Over the past three decades, Irv has designed and led dozens of foundations projects in the Washington, D.C. area.

Irv has a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from Virginia Tech. He is a licensed Professional Engineer registered in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C., and is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers.

Irv and his wife Cathie live in Chantilly, Va. In his free time, Irv enjoys hiking, turkey hunting, working around the house, and traveling to National Parks.

Scott Callaway is the Division Manager of Piling for Cajun Deep Foundations.  Scott has nearly 10 years of experience working with Cajun Deep Foundations in various estimating, project management and site management positions for piling, drilled shafts, and retaining wall projects.  Scott is a graduate of Louisiana State University where he earned a Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering and minor in Construction Management in 2002 and Masters in Business Administration in 2006.  He is currently serving as the President for the Gulf Coast Chapter of PDCA.
