Committees

PDCA Committees are a significant resource to the association, its members, and the driven pile industry. Each Committee has a Chair who is appointed by the PDCA President and each Committee has a Board Director who acts as a liaison between the Committee and the Board of Directors. Each committee meets between 4 to 6 times a year. One of those meetings is held at the PDCA's Annual Conference, while the remainder are generally conducted by conference call.

All PDCA members are eligible to serve on any PDCA committee(s). Any member of the PDCA who has an interest in serving on one or more of the PDCA Committees; or who would like to find out more about the functions performed by each committee, its responsibilities and the responsibilities of the committee members should contact the PDCA via email or call the PDCA office toll-free at 888-311-7322.

PDCA members sign up to serve on a committee or committees by completing the PDCA Member Committee Request Form and submitting it to the PDCA office.  For a .pdf of the form, click on the link below:

The purpose of this database is to provide hard facts and reliable information on the actual level of vibrations created by pile driving operations. A copy of the database in MS Access format can be downloaded from this website. Look for the link to the database on our Home Page.
