This presentation will provide subcontractors and suppliers working on federal government projects with the key information they need to know to ensure that they know who and what are covered by Miller Act payment bonds, that they timely and properly preserve and protect their payment security rights under Miller Act payment bonds, and that they know where, when and how they can make a claim on a Miller Act bond, as well as what they can recover.
