A Helpful Guide to Renewing Your PDCA Dues

Thank You for Supporting PDCA: Here is a guide to pay 2025 dues online

FIRST: Click 'Manage My Organization'

Once in your PDCA profile, this option allows you access to your PDCA organization (member company) profile that shows a list of 'Open Balances' (like invoices) that your organization owes. This is on the right side of the profile screen, as displayed below:

NEXT: Click 'Make a Payment'

The 'Make a Payment' button takes you to a 'Payment Wizard' with your list of 'balances' (invoices) that are due. Your 'balance' for member dues is on a list of payments you owe PDCA, like your 'balance' for Chapter dues or website premium upgrade. Your Association dues must be paid separately from other invoices. Select what you will pay today. Sample list below.

FINALLY: Pay Balance(s) for Item(s) You've Selected

From the list of balances that you selected (above), scroll to the bottom of the page to click a blue button that will enable you to make your payment. At this time, you will be on a standard e-commerce page on which you will verify your address, enter a credit card, and submit payment.

Your Membership Provides Important Support to the Pile Driving Industry

IMPORTANT NOTES:

  • Companies involved in pile driving are encouraged to share in financial support of industry education, promotion and advocacy. This is what your PDCA dues fund. When everyone gives a little, everyone benefits a lot!All members have received notice from PDCA to pay 2025 member dues.
  • If you first joined PDCA during 2024, you paid prorated dues, but it is important that all member dues follow a January-December billing cycle.
  • You are encouraged to maintain your membership in good standing and pay your dues (or renewal) in January 2025.
  • An internal upgrade to PDCA member and financial management systems occurred in 2024; it gives you flexibility and options when entering into transactions.
  • This is different from the old way of business, and so is the renewal process.
  • The above steps allow you to satisfy payment of 2025 dues in January.
  • We hope you choose to continue your support for the driven pile industry.

AND IT'S WORTH REPEATING:

If you are having trouble navigating our system, we understand. Simply call Marian at the PDCA offices at (904) 215-4771 during regular business hours and staff will gladly assist you. We recognize that your day job is your top priority and learning the new PDCA system is not a job to complete for your customers.

Holiday Lunch Tradition for Chapter Resumes on the Pacific Coast

A major renovation at the historic Hotel Mac in Richmond, CA completed in time for the PDCA Pacific Coast Chapter to host its Holiday Luncheon in the property's popular Biancovede restaurant.  More than three dozen Chapter members and friends returned to the familiar venue on December 19th to resume the seasonal tradition. Attendees enjoyed a buffet luncheon and a great opportunity to reconnect in a social setting.

Chapter President Dermot Fallon gave brief, opening remarks to those assembled. He introduced Chapter board members who were present. Also at the lunch were Will Millette, a recipient of the 2024 PDCA Pacific Coast Scholarship, and representatives of Pile Drivers Local 34. After the event, he reported that the 2024 lunch brought some new contractors and suppliers who showed interest in involvement with the Chapter. Overall, he said, people were very 'glad that the event is back up and running.'
