Every day, your inbox is probably filled with email marketing campaigns. Some are designed to sell products, others promote events, and many share industry news. (And yes, PDCA sends emails that fall into all three categories!)
As the saying goes, one person's trash is another person's treasure. A marketing message that holds little value for one recipient may be exactly what another person needs at that moment.
PDCA recently came across an email campaign distributed by Lodge Lumber Co. titled, "Is Your Cushion Block Supplier a Member of PDCA?" For some who received it, like pile design firms, the message may not have had much relevance. For piling contractors actively sourcing cushion blocks, however, it might have been exactly what they needed. While the email wasn't sent directly to promote PDCA, the moment it landed in our inbox, we viewed it as a treasure!
Why? Because it highlighted PDCA membership as a meaningful distinction in the marketplace.
PDCA extends its appreciation to Lodge Lumber Co. and to every member company that helps increase awareness of the association. One of PDCA's primary objectives is to grow membership, strengthening the driven pile industry through greater participation, collaboration, and influence. When member companies reference PDCA on their websites, through social media, in marketing materials, or in email campaigns, they help expand the organization's visibility among professionals involved in pile driving and foundation construction.
Those mentions matter. They reinforce the value of PDCA membership, introduce new audiences to the association, and help build a stronger, more connected industry.
If you did not receive the recent Lodge Lumber Co. email, we are sharing a screenshot below as an example of the kind of marketplace recognition that we find both encouraging and humbling. Please note that any links shown within the graphic are not active.
