The PDCA 26th Annual Conference & Expo, July 79, 2026 is almost here; we are excited to see YOU next week at the beautiful Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World® Resort in Orlando, Florida. Before you travel, please review the important information below to help you make the most of your conference experience.

• The Four Seasons Orlando offers world-class accommodations, dining, and amenities, all within the Walt Disney World Resort. We encourage attendees to download the resort app and familiarize themselves with the property prior to arrival.

Conference Program

• This year's conference features technical presentations, case studies, networking opportunities, exhibits, and discussions highlighting projects and innovations that directly impact members and companies in the driven pile industry. Be sure to review the CONFERENCE AGENDA and plan your schedule in advance so you don't miss any sessions of interest.

Mobile App

• Keep up with conference information by downloading the Event app from your Apple / Play Store search PDCA 2026. To access the app, after you download it, you'll enter your email address and the password, PDCA2026AC. When prompted, click "SYNC Now" to make sure all the app information is up to date.

Conference Registration & PDCA Store Hours

• Please stop by the registration desk upon arrival to pick up your conference badge and materials. Conference registration is located in the Grand Ballroom Foyer, in front of Ballroom West.

Optional Short Course

Quality Control and Quality Assurance of Driven Pile Foundations and Steel Sheet Walls on Tuesday, July 7 from 1:00 PM 5:30 PM

• Attendees registered for the Short Course should plan to arrive early and check in before the session begins. You'll check-in at the Registration Desk in the Grand Ballroom Foyer, and the Short Course session will be held in the Queen room on the Palm level.

What to Bring / What to Expect

• Orlando in July is typically hot, humid, and afternoon rain showers are common, so plan accordingly for outdoor activities and travel around town.
• Conference attire is business casual. While temperatures outside will be warm, meeting rooms and event spaces can be cool due to air conditioning. We recommend bringing a jacket or sweater to ensure you're comfortable throughout the educational sessions and networking events.
• PDCA staff will be available throughout the conference to assist you. We appreciate your participation and look forward to seeing you in Orlando for an outstanding conference experience.
