Event Details
You are invited to join the PDCA Gulf Coast Chapter for the Sporting Clays to be held Friday, November 22, 2024, at the Covey Rise Lodge, Hesser, Louisiana. This event provides 15 different sporting clays stations to challenge your skill. You will be competing for the highest score and bragging rights.
The PDCA Gulf Coast Chapter Sporting Clays is open to members and non-members. The cost to participate is $170 per person which includes 100 targets, 100 rounds of ammunition, continental breakfast, and lunch. Eye and ear protection is required, and you are encouraged to bring your own. Eye and ear protection will be available for those that need it.
There are several ways to participate:
Register as a Shooting Participant
- $170 Per Person
- You may register up-to 10 guests
Register A Shooting Team
- Register a team of 4 or more shooters and receive a $20 discount for each shooter
- In order to receive the discounted price, the team must be registered at the same time on the same registration
- The discount will be automatically applied at checkout
Shooting Station Sponsor
- $200 for each station sponsor
- The Shooting Station Sponsorship can be selected during registration
- Purchase multiple Shooting Station Sponsorships to show your support and have your company name recognized
- The quantity of Shooting Station Sponsorships that you want to purchase can be selected at registration checkout
- Please send us a copy of your company logo to be used on the Shooting Station Sponsor sign
- During registration you can upload a pdf file or provide a URL for a file on a server such as Dropbox, SharePoint, etc.
Gold Sponsor
- $500 for each event sponsor
- The Gold Sponsorship can be selected during registration
- Four Gold Sponsorships available
- Each Event Sponsor will be highlighted on event notifications, event website, and during the Sporting Clays event

To register for the PDCA Gulf Coast Chapter Sporting Clays PLEASE follow these IMPORTANT instructions:
PDCA Members
- PDCA is utilizing a new event management platform that will require every person and/or organization to have profile that includes a user name and password
- EVERY current PDCA member already has a user profile in the system - You will need to create a password to log into the platform
- Select the "Register Now" link below - this will take you to a log in screen
- If you have already set your password in the new platform please log in with your user name and password
- If you have not set your password in the new platform select the "Click [here]" under the FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD? and then enter your email address and select "Submit"
- Check your email for a link to reset your password
- Come back to this page and select the "Register Now" link below - enter your user name and password
- Complete your registration by selecting the options you want and entering the requested information
- Check out and pay with a credit card
PDCA NON Members
- Non-members are also required to have a profile in the PDCA event management platform
- Select the "Register Now" link below - this will take you to a log in screen
- Selec the "Don't have an account? Create an account" at the bottom of the log in screen
- Set up your account individual account, provide your email address, and create a password - select "Continue"
- The next screen will give you an opportunity to set up your organization - you can skip this step if not applicable
- Complete your registration by selecting the options you want and entering the requested information
- You can also join the PDCA and the PDCA Northeast Chapter by selecting the "Join" menu items on the left side of the page
- Check out and pay with a credit card
