Event Details

You are invited to join the PDCA Gulf Coast Chapter for a day of networking, fellowship, and fundraising during their 2025 Golf Tournament to be held on April 4, 2025, at Carter Plantation Golf Club. The tournament is a 4-person scramble with a maximum of 36 teams (first come, first served). You can participate as a single golfer, a twosome team, or a foursome team.
**Twosomes & single golfers will be paired by Committee.

There are several ways to participate:

Sponsor Packages: Each sponsor package, unless indicated, includes a foursome team, hole sign, and company logo on event banner. Sponsor packages support the Gulf Coast Chapter's golf tournament, as well as support fundraising efforts for the Gulf Coast Chapter Scholarship Fund and future chapter activities.

  • Title Sponsor - $2,500 SOLD OUT
  • Gold Sponsor - $2,000 SOLD OUT
  • Lunch Sponsor - $2,000 SOLD OUT
  • Breakfast Sponsor - $1,500 SOLD OUT
  • Silver Sponsor - $1,500 (4 Available)
  • Prize Sponsor - $1,200 (4 Available)
  • Hole Sponsor - $200 (Hole Sign Only)


Tent Exhibit Sponsors: Set up your tent at the Tee Box and bring items for golfers. Exhibit companies can bring food, beverages, promotional giveaways, company information, etc. There is no cost to exhibit, and sponsorship is not required. The first 18 companies to sign up will be assigned a hole by the Gulf Coast Chapter Committee. (10 remaining)


Door Prize / Promotional Donation: Please consider donating items for the Gulf Coast Chapter to use as door prizes or giveaway items in each golfer's ditty bag. If donating promotional items, please note 144 of them are needed. Please reach out to Scott Gros, Gulf Coast Chapter Secretary, to discuss items and schedule delivery.

  • Chapter Meeting & Lunch (No additional cost for players. A limited number of additional lunch tickets are available for $30 each. Contact Kathy Harper at events@piledrivers.org to purchase tickets)

Proceeds from the PDCA Gulf Coast Chapter 2025 Golf Tournament will help provide resources for the Gulf Coast Chapter Scholarship Fund, as well as future Gulf Coast Chapter activities.

To register for the PDCA Gulf Coast Chapter 2025 Golf Tournament please follow these instructions:


PDCA Members & Non- Members

PDCA is utilizing a new event management platform that will require every person and/or organization to have profile that includes a username and password​​​​​. When clicking the buttons below to register, you will be taken to a login page. Members - log in using your email address and password. Non Members - click "create account" and follow the prompts to create an account for yourself AND your company.

Golf Only:
  1. After you have logged in, select "Register to Attend" for the Gulf Coast Chapter Golf Tournament. You can register up to 2 foursomes at a time - counting yourself as one, register up to 7 guests to build your team(s). (You will see "Free" next to their names - this is correct - trust the process!)
  2. Click Next after adding your guests to be taken to the cart for your total and to process payment.

Sponsor Packages:
  1. After you have logged in, you will see all sponsorship options available, filter by Gulf Coast Chapter for easier viewing. Select your preferred sponsorship(s) - you can select more than one.
  2. Click "Review & Checkout" to go to the cart and follow prompts to process payment.
  3. PDCA staff will reach out to you directly to get your preferred logo and foursome team names.
