Event Details


Act now and register to attend the PDCA 2025 Gulf Coast Chapter Sporting Clays to be held Friday, November 21, 2025, at the Covey Rise Lodge, Husser, Louisiana. This enjoyable event provides a variety of sporting clays stations to challenge your skill.

The PDCA Gulf Coast Chapter Sporting Clays is open to members and non-members. The cost to participate is $200 per person.

Each shooter is responsible for bringing the following:
  1. Your own gun
  2. 100 rounds of appropriate shotgun shells
  3. Eye and ear protection
  4. Vest or bag for carrying shells
There are several ways to participate:

Register as a Shooting Participant

  1. $200 Per Person
  2. You may register up-to 10 guests

Register A Shooting Team 

  1. Register a team of 4 or more shooters and receive a $40 discount for each shooter
  2. To receive the discounted price, the team must be registered at the same time on the same registration
  3. The discount will be automatically applied at checkout

Shooting Station Sponsor 

  1. $200 for each station sponsor
  2. Thirty-Two Event Station Sponsorships available
  3. The Shooting Station Sponsorship can be selected during registration
  4. Purchase multiple Shooting Station Sponsorships to show your support and have your company name recognized
  5. The quantity that you would like to purchase can be selected at checkout
  6. Please send us a copy of your company logo(s) to be used on the Shooting Station Sponsor sign(s)
  7. During registration, you can upload a PDF file or provide a URL for a file on a server such as Dropbox, SharePoint, etc.

Event Sponsor

  1. $500 for each event sponsor
  2. Six Event Sponsorships are available
  3. The Event Sponsorship can be selected during registration
  4. Each Event Sponsor will be highlighted on event notifications, event website, and during the Sporting Clays event

IMPORTant Registration Instructions!


To register, please follow these instructions:


PDCA Members & Non- Members

PDCA is utilizing a new event management platform that will require every person and/or organization to have a profile that includes a username and password​​​​. When clicking the buttons below to register, you will be taken to a login page. Members - log in using your email address and password. Non-Members - click "create account" and follow the prompts to create an account for yourself AND your company.

Attendee:

After you have logged in, select the appropriate button to either register or purchase items.

Organization (Group) Registrations:

  • Organization representatives and/or admins will have the option to register multiple people from the organization. When given the option to register as an individual or as a group through the Organization, select the organization name. 
  • Search for individuals who will attend, including yourself, if attending. If an individual does not appear in the search, click the green plus sign (to the right of the box) and add their information. (This will create an account for them and list them as an employee with your company.) Once all individuals in your company have been registered, click Next.
  • If you will also register clients or customers with another company, you will have the option to add up to 10 Guest registrations. Enter their name, company, and email address. Click "Add" as needed to include more guests. Click Next once complete.
  • Review all registrations in the cart and click Checkout to complete the registration process. 


Individual Registrations:

  • If you are a representative for your organization, but are only registering yourself to attend the event, when given the option to register as an individual or as a group through the Organization, select the Individual option. 
  • If you will also register clients or customers with another company, you will have the option to add up to 10 Guest registrations. Enter their name, company, and email address. Click "Add" as needed to include more guests. Click Next once complete.
  • Review all registrations in the cart and click Checkout to complete the registration process

Sponsor Opportunities:
  • After you have logged in, you will see all sponsorship options available. Filter by the Gulf Coast Chapter for easier viewing. Select your preferred sponsorship(s) - you can select more than one.
  • Click "Review & Checkout" to go to the cart and follow prompts to process payment.
