- Prior to the start of each year, a copy of his/her course schedule to confirm enrollment.
- At the conclusion of each year, an official transcript issued by the university registrar.
Scholarship recipients will be expected to maintain a GPA of at least 2.50 on a 4.0 scale and their academic record will be evaluated following each academic year. If the recipient fails to maintain the required GPA in a given year, the Committee will take the following actions:
- After carefully reviewing the academic record of any recipient that fails to achieve the required GPA, the Committee, at its sole discretion, may cancel, reduce, or modify the scholarship of that recipient. The recipient will be advised of the Committee's decision in writing.
- If the recipient meets the criteria's they will be able to apply for the scholarship again the following year.
Should a Scholarship recipient fail to furnish any information requested by the Committee or the Administrator, the Scholarship will be subject to immediate cancellation.
If a recipient changes his or her college major, the Committee will review the new major for applicability to a career in the industry. If, in the opinion of the Committee, the new major is not related to the industry, the Scholarship may be canceled.
The Administrator will serve as the primary contact point for scholarship recipients.
