The Pile Driving Contractors Association (PDCA) is pleased to announce the 25th Annual Conference & Expo scheduled for February 4-6, 2025, at the JW Marriott San Antonio Hill Country Resort in San Antonio, TX. 

The conference will consist of multiple sessions with a focus on technical information, personal and professional development, a sustainability presentation, and projects showcasing the driven pile. Presentations will range from stand-alone sessions to elective, concurrent sessions. Attendees will learn the advantages of using driven piles as a foundation element for various types of projects as well as current industry updates.

There are multiple ways to participate in the PDCA 25th Annual Conference & Expo which include attendee, exhibitor, and/or sponsor. During the registration process, you will be able to indicate the opportunities that fit you and your company's needs.

Attendees

The conference is designed for contractors, engineers, manufacturers, suppliers and other firms or individuals who conduct business, support, or are associated with the deep foundations, earth retention and/or the driven pile industry. Licensed P.E.'s will earn Professional Development Hours (PDH) after attending this conference, and all attendees will receive a "Certificate of Completion". 

Your conference attendee registration fee includes the listed breakfasts, breaks, lunch, and receptions on the schedule, as well as conference materials, session presentations, access to the exhibit hall, and up to 5.0 professional development hours (PDH).

PDCA will hold the conference at the JW Marriott San Antonio Hill Country Hotel and a discounted lodging rate of $319/night is available for all attendees of the conference. The discounted rate is available until Monday, January 13, 2025, or until the block is full, whichever comes first.

cancellation policy


A full refund will be issued for attendee & exhibitor cancellations received by November 15, 2024. Refunds in the amount of 50% will be issued for attendee & exhibitor cancellations received between November 16 and December 16, 2024. No refunds will be issued after this date; however, attendees may transfer their registration to another individual.

Sponsorships are non-refundable.

Exhibitor Benefits: This annual member event provides you the opportunity to promote your business as a professional in the driven pile industry. Your company will be part of a unique and professional setting designed for networking and socializing, fostering and developing new client relationships, and most importantly, exposing your company's products, services, tools and techniques to contractors, engineers, and attendees new to the driven pile industry. There is no better way to make an impact than to establish your professional presence in the PDCA Exhibit Hall, which will host all food and beverage functions including breakfast, lunch, reception, and breaks.

New Exhibit Pricing Structure - Please Read
Exhibitor booth fees include the exhibit space complete with pipe & drape backing, a six-foot skirted table, two chairs, and a trashcan. Registration for all exhibit staff will be separate from the exhibit booth fees. Exhibit staff registration fees include full conference access, including attendance at the Opening Reception, the Opening Keynote Presentation, lunch with exhibitors, and the Project of the Year & Association Awards Brunch.

Golf Tournament Sponsorship package includes all items below as a multi-branded, co-sponsored opportunity. 
  • Annual Golf Tournament: Whether you golf or not, here's your chance to highlight your company at the PDCA 12th Annual Golf Tournament and breakfast. This includes all sponsor logos, co-branded with PDCA, on signage and marketing. This also includes a complimentary foursome for the tournament.

  • Opening Reception (Tuesday Evening) (Max of 2): Host the Annual Conference kickoff outdoor reception at the Event Lawn and enjoy the social setting and lively conversations with your peers and prospects; if you are inclined, you are welcome to provide logo napkins and other appropriate promotional material. This two-hour reception will feature entertainment, hosted bars, hors d'oeuvres, and plenty of networking.
  • Keynote Presentation (Wednesday Morning) (Max of 3): This sponsorship supports the keynote presentation(s) designed to empower and motivate the Pile Driving Industry. Former Navy Seal, Jason Redmon, will present, Six Tenets of Success. His motivational story is known to inspire attendees to build a resilient mind and manage stress. He provides his audience with the tools to be a more effective and balanced leader adept in increasing productivity in individuals and teams. In addition to the indicated sponsor benefits, sponsors will have the option to submit a 30 second promo video to be played before the assembly. The sponsor would also be welcome to introduce the keynote lecture and presenter to the audience.

  • Annual Cocktail Reception (Wednesday Evening) (Max of 2): Sponsor a two-hour reception with hosted bars, hors d'oeuvres and your company logo in the spotlight. Branded napkins and other promotional material may be provided by you.
  • Food & Beverage Sponsor (Max of 3): Be front and center as the attendee's fuel up, unwind, and interact during breakfast and breaks in the Exhibit Hall. Sponsors' logos will be co-branded on beverage sleeves, napkins, and event signage with the PDCA Conference logo.

  • Registration Refreshments: Let your company name be among the first seen by conference attendees, as they collect their registration materials onsite. Refreshments will be offered during Tuesday afternoon and Wednesday morning registration openings. Sponsorship includes signage, materials display or branded napkins (provided by you) and welcome drink options.
  • Specialty Cocktail at Receptions (Max of 4): This is sure to be one of our most sought-after sponsorship items at both the Opening and Cocktail Receptions! This highly visible sponsorship will ensure your brand gets in the hands of each attendee. The koozie will be placed in the conference bag and provided to each attendee.
