PDCA is a trade association representing companies and individuals in the deep foundation industry. By utilizing decades of member strength and experience PDCA is the only association, nationally & internationally, that exclusively represents the driven pile industry. This makes PDCA uniquely qualified to represent the its members who derive their livelihood from driven piles.
Membership in the Association is a prerequisite to participation. It should also be understood that where available, a member of PDCA will also be a member of a PDCA Chapter.
PDCA offers various different categories of membership to allow participation by broad group of pile driving professionals. Listed below is a description of each category and the respective dues to be paid annually.

Contractor Member
A Contractor Member is a company who commonly installs driven piles for foundations and earth retention systems. Dues for the Contractor Member are based on the total annual revenue for the company. Total annual revenue is defined as the total revenue for the company and includes all areas of business that the company is involved.

A company with total annual revenue up to $5 MILContractor II - $2,500
A company with total annual revenue over $5 MIL and up to $20 MILContractor III - $3,500
A company with total annual revenue over $20 MILAssociate Member
An Associate Member is a company engaged in the manufacture and / or supply of equipment, materials, or services to the pile driving industry. Dues for the Associate Member are based on the total annual revenue for the company. Total annual revenue is defined as the total revenue for the company and includes all areas of business that the company is involved.

An Engineering Affiliate Member is a company whose primary business is engineering in the structural, geotechnical, civil, or other engineering aspect associated in the design and / or consulting with driven piles, deep foundations, or eath retention systems.

Labor Organization Member
A Labor Organization Member is an organization primarily concerned with the representation of productive employees and becomes a member of PDCA for the purpose of gathering and sharing information related to pile driving and the deep foundation industry. A Labor Organization Member is non-voting and the membership must be approved by the PDCA Executive Committee.

Affiliated Services Member
An Affiliated Services Member is a company that is not directly involved in the pile driving and deep foundation industry but who provides services to the companies that are directly related to pile driving and the deep foundation industry. Examples include but are not limited to law firms, accountants, insurance agencies, financial planning, etc. The Affiliated Services Member is non-voting.

Academic Employee Member
An Academic Employee Member is an individual who is employed full time by a university or college and who teaches undergraduate or graduate courses in engineering. Proof of employment is required for this membership. The Academic Employee Member is non-voting.

Government Employee Member
A Government Employee Member is an individual who is employed full time by a government entity. Proof of employment is required for this membership. The Government Employee Member is non-voting.
Government Employee Member - No Charge
Retired Member
A Retired Member is an individual who has left the active employment with a company involved in the pile driving and deep foundation industry and who wishes to remain as an active member of PDCA. The Retired Member is non-voting.
Retired Member - $95
Student Member
A Student Member is a full time student enrolled in a degree program in construction or engineering at a university or college. Proof of academic enrollment is required with this membership.
