PDCA President Brian Heck opened the educational and professional development programs Friday morning. After introductory remarks, he welcomed Keynote Speaker Casey Jones to the stage who then delivered a moving recollection of his experiences during and after his survival of the 2009, Miracle on the Hudson plane crash.
